Navigation data

The IT systems and software processes involved in the operation of this site collect, in the course of their normal activities, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in internet communications protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified persons, but could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, enable the users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used that connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the requests, the way the request is submitted to the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the state of the response provided by the server (success, error etc) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.

The subjects personal data refer to have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of this data and to find out their content and origin, check their accuracy or request they be integrated, updated or corrected (art. 7 Italian law no. 196/03). The same article also states that the interested party has the right to request that the illegally processed data be deleted, converted into an anonymous form or blocked, as well as to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons.
